Fulfillment Policies

InstaSVG is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered vector graphics generation. All services are delivered digitally through our web application. This policy outlines our fulfillment, refund, return, shipping, and cancellation policies.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 General Policy

All subscription purchases are generally final and non-refundable. As a digital software service, InstaSVG provides immediate access to our platform and services upon subscription purchase. Refunds are only available in limited circumstances as outlined below.

1.2 7-Day Refund Window for First-Time Subscriptions

We offer a limited 7-day refund window for first-time subscription purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: This applies only to your first subscription purchase with InstaSVG
• Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date
• Limited Usage: Refunds may be denied if you have used more than 20% of your monthly credits
• One-Time Only: This refund window does not apply to subsequent subscriptions or renewals

1.3 Subscription Renewals

All subscription renewals are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Monthly subscription renewals
• Annual subscription renewals
• Unused credits or subscription time
• Change of mind or cancellation requests
• Dissatisfaction with service quality or generated results

We encourage you to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue (see Cancellation Policy). You will retain full access until the end of your current billing period.

1.4 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following limited circumstances:

• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part
• Unauthorized Charges: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to verification)
• Critical Service Failures: Extended service outages (more than 72 consecutive hours) that prevent all access to the platform
• Legal Requirements: As required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

We will first attempt to resolve any technical issues before considering a refund. Refund requests for technical issues must be submitted within 7 days of the issue occurring and are subject to verification.

1.5 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
• Unused credits or subscription time
• Dissatisfaction with service quality or generated results (after the 7-day window)
• Change of mind after the 7-day refund window has expired
• Failure to use the service or credits
• Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

1.6 How to Request a Refund

• Your account email address
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request
• Any relevant details or documentation

All refund requests are subject to review and approval. Refund requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days if approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We encourage you to:

• Review our service features and capabilities before subscribing
• Take advantage of any free trial or complimentary credits we offer
• Contact our support team with any questions before making a purchase
• Cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges (see Cancellation Policy)

2. Shipping and Delivery Policy

2.1 Digital Service Delivery

InstaSVG is a digital-only service. There are no physical products shipped. All services are delivered instantly through our web platform:

• Instant Access: Upon subscription purchase, your account is immediately activated with the purchased credits
• Digital Downloads: Generated SVG files are available for immediate download
• Cloud Storage: Your generated vectors are stored securely in your account for unlimited access
• No Shipping Required: As a digital service, no shipping, delivery, or physical fulfillment is involved

2.2 Service Availability

Our service is available 24/7 through our web application. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, occasional maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. We will notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance when possible.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Digital Products - No Returns

Since InstaSVG provides digital services and downloadable files, traditional product returns are not applicable. However:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time (see Cancellation Policy below)
• Refunds are available under certain conditions (see Refund Policy above for details)
• You retain access to all generated vectors even after cancellation
• Downloaded SVG files are yours to keep permanently

3.2 Quality Issues

If you experience issues with generated vectors or service quality, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve any technical problems or quality concerns. If you're within your 7-day refund window for first-time subscriptions, you may be eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy above). For critical technical issues that prevent all service use, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

• How to Cancel: Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or contact support
• Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Access Until Period End: You retain full access to all features until your billing period ends
• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of your billing period after cancellation

4.2 After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

• Keep Your Generations: All generated SVG files remain accessible in your account forever
• Download Access: You can download your vectors at any time, even after cancellation
• No New Generations: You will not be able to generate new vectors without an active subscription
• Resubscribe Anytime: You can reactivate your subscription at any time

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged automatically using your saved payment method. You can disable auto-renewal by cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.
